civilization. Oft mentioned in the Bible, the land that became modern day Iraq
was also the traditional site of the Garden of Eden, the birthplace of prophets,
including Abraham and Jonah, and home to the most well known of the ancient
wonders of the world, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
